A  high level full-day seminar focusing on the challenges confronting HR executives in South Africa today

Keynote:

Radical changes in recent years in corporate governance practices and in the social order in SA are calling for all organizations to review their core remuneration strategies.

  • Securing total employee involvement and ‘continuous improvement’ in all departments
  • Rethinking how the pie should be shared and what should be contributed towards the community

Attendance is limited to 15 delegates to ensure opportunities for questions and interaction.

The presentations will be made by Mr. Deon Thomson (B Com (Wits), B Com Hons (Pta), CASA, LLB (Unisa), H Dip Tax Law (Wits)). He has served in both the accounting and legal professions before specializing during the past twenty years as an associate consultant of P E Corporate Services.

Hand-out material will include write-ups on the subject matter contained within the booklet ‘The Corporate Governance of Remuneration’, which was authored by Deon, and copies of all slides to be shown’.

Fees and registration:

Attendance fee (which includes hand-out material) per person:  R3 750 plus VAT; or, if more than one attendee enrolled by one employer  – per attendee:  R3 250 plus VAT.

Further copies of the hand-out material (a 100 page booklet plus slides) can be purchased for an additional fee of R1 875 plus VAT.
