Professional Experience
Eric spent 12 years in the retail environment as an Industrial Engineer before joining WD Scott as a Management Consultant for 3 years. He joined P E Corporate Services in 1983 as a Senior Management Consultant Eric has had over twenty years experience in management consultancy in Southern Africa, including:
- Over 100 management consulting assignments involving staffing and restructuring, marketing, productivity, logistics and maintenance.
- Trained in excess of 1000 delegates in the areas of production, materials, productivity, logistics, project and engineering management. Training presented in RSA, Southern Africa and Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in consulting for the private sector, government, quazi government and educational institutions.
- Presentation of papers at various conferences and interest groups on subjects pertaining to materials management and productivity.
