Professional Fees and Logistics
Fee rates for coaching depends on the number of coaches sponsored by the organisation and whether coaching will form an integral part of the organisation’s ongoing OD and management development policies.
As a general guideline the coaching fees per individual will be approximately R16 500.00. This fee includes:
- an initial 1.0 hour orientation session with the sponsor. · Five coaching sessions of 1.5 hours each, at agreed upon intervals over a period of three to five months.
- coaching session preparation and documentation at 0.5 hours per session.
- peer supervision for quality assurance at 1.5 hours per coachee
- telephonic access to the coach, within reasonable limits.
- a feedback and evaluation session of 0.5 hours with the sponsor midway through and again at the conclusion of the coaching contract.
Where coaching is provided as part of the organisation’s ongoing OD and management development program, the sessions are scheduled on site and a suitably located and furnished office will be required for the duration. Coaching for single, or a limited number of staff members is best done off site at the coach’s premises or some other mutually agreed upon meeting place.
Travel expenses at AA rates for distances in excess of a 50 km radius of the CBD and accommodation expenses if incurred as agreed will be for the sponsor’s account.
Psychometric testing of the coachee, if required and agreed with the sponsor will be a disbursement.
