Work Dynamics
Work Dynamics was established in Cape Town in 1993 by leading Cape based consultants in response to growing needs for professional management and human resource consulting services in the Western Cape. It offers a similar range of services to those offered by P-ECS and, in addition, has a strong capability in psychometric testing and competency-based assessment. A new subsidiary of this company was established in the Eastern Cape earlier this year.Work Dynamics Eastern Cape was established in 2003 as the result of continued growth in our remuneration and related businesses. The organisation specialises in psychometric testing and competency based assessments, organisational change and recruitment services.
