The library is an important reference work relating to Nominations or Remunerations committees, and is designed to be of service to those who:
♦ - serve on a nominations or remuneration committee of a corporate or government entity,
♦ - are responsible for coordinating the activities of such a committee (whether as chief executive officer, HR executive or company secretary), or
♦ - provide advice to any such committee.

o the development and application of the remuneration framework for senior executive pay;o incentive schemes, share schemes and retention strategy
