A two-day practical training course for any line or staff people involved in improving manufacturing, service or the administration process.

Before productivity can be improved, the opportunities to do so must be identified and communicated in a meaningful way if the improvements are to be implemented. Through a series of practical exercises, delegates will learn how to recognise areas of waste in a process, how to reduce the waste and how to chart the process.
