Releasing Your Potential Through Transactional Analysis

Most of us have a sense that there is more to human behaviour than meets the eye. We suspect that there are some personal dynamics at work beneath the surface – and that these inner workings influence what people do and how they do it.

However, most of us do not know what these dynamics are and how they operate.

Developing awareness and understanding – becoming mindful through the practice of Transactional Analysis (TA) acts like a light switch : The underlying dynamics of our behaviour, of what we say and do, becomes visible. We become known to ourselves and learn how to leverage our capacity to achieve valued goals and personal wellbeing.
