P-E Corporate Services has been in the field of management training since the 1950’s. We started in the area of technique training in work-study and related subjects. From there the range broadened to cover a full spectrum of techniques including areas such as operations management, project management and finance. Training in the soft skills was added in the 1970's. The flagship programme here was leadership training in the Situational Leadership® model for which we are the Southern African representative in an international network of affiliates. At the global level the Situational Leadership® model is regarded as an important piece in the mosaic of skills required for leadership at both the individual and team levels. Over the years many other programmes have been added in the fields of general and functional management, human interaction, communications, teamwork and customer care. To-day P-ECS offers one of the widest ranges of management skills training of all the major management consultancies.
We present over a hundred public and in-company programmes a year to a wide range of clients in both the private and public sectors.
In addition we supply hundreds of participant manuals to a long list of clients whom we have licensed to do their own training using our materials. P-ECS staff who act as tutors are all practicing management consultants. Thus, whilst they are fully skilled as trainers, they are continually exposed to the real world where their skills are honed by practical experience. They are thus fully up to date with the latest trends and issues that confront managers in both the public and private sectors.
In terms of the BBBEE Codes of Good Practice P-ECS is classified as a QSE and has achieved level 2 BEE Scorecard status
