Work measurement

A three-day, practical course for any line or staff people who are involved in
setting work standards for any manufacturing, service or administrative
process.

Delegates will get extensive practice in time study and actively sampling, and learn
how to set standards for manual and machine work. They will also understand how to
use these standards for the planning and monitoring of work and for setting
piecework levels.
