Newsletter - November 2016
Dear subscriber,

Introduction

Welcome to the second edition of our newsletter. We received some great feedback from the first one and hope that you will find this one just as useful. In this edition we bring you some up-to-date information on pay trends, details about our new Talent Assessment and Development division, an update on what we are doing elsewhere in Africa......and more.

2013 has been a challenging year for many companies and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and support. We hope that you have a chance to recharge your batteries over the festive season before tackling 2014 with renewed hope, vigour and enthusiasm

Increasing Our African Footprint

In our first issue in August, Martin Westcott, Executive Chairman and Melanie Trollip, CEO of P E Corporate Services addressed a number of key issues on pay policies and structures.

In this issue they discuss trends evident from PECS' most recent national surveys, the emotive issue of pay differentials and how governance imperatives are influencing pay disclosure.

Introducing our new Talent Assessment and Development Division.

Following the acquisition of the ECL Group with effect from July 1 2013, PECS has established a new division focussing specifically on Talent Assessment and Development headed up by Johan van der Walt, a seasoned campaigner in these areas of our business.

PECS Talk 360 asked Johan a few questions about the new division and his own experience.
