Remuneration Research Services Manager
- Manager of Remuneration Research Services Division. Responsible for data collection, management and production of PECS’ range of national, regional and industry-sector based remuneration surveys.
- B.Comm., degree in Personnel Management and Honours degree in Industry Psychology with 30 years practical h.r. line management experience, particularly within the mining sector. Also holds a post graduate financial qualification.
- Prior experience in management consulting in business performance optimisation.
